DESIGNED FOR: Healthy adults 18 years of age or older seeking to support weight management, reduce body fat or weight gain when eating foods that are high in fats and/or carbs.
RECOMMENDED USE: As a dietary supplement, use the chart below to determine the amount of capsules to take 15-20 minutes prior to, and 15-20 minutes after a meal which corresponds to the carbohydrates and fats listed in the chart.
